1. Do you have a store? 
   I work from my studio at home. 
2. Payment options:
   All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Debit or credit cards will be accepted. The following payment options are available:
   • Payfast
   • EFT
3. How do I track my order?
   You can easily find out where your parcel is by using the tracking number you'll receive.
4. When will I receive my parcel?
   Upon successful payment, it will take 2 days to process your order plus the time shipping (usually 1 to 4 business days). 
5. Do you do custom work?
   Not at this time, no.
6. Can I get a refund?

7. What is polymer clay?
   It is man-made from a plastic, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) base. Polymer clay is generally used for making arts and craft items, and is also used in commercial applications to make decorative parts. Art made from polymer clay can now be found in major museums.
8. How do I take care of my jewelry?
   Please follow these recommendations to enjoy your polymer clay jewelry for a long
   time:
   • Keep them stored in a cool area away from heat.
   • Lightly clean with a damp cloth.
   • They are delicate and can be damaged.
   • Please do not wear polymer clay while applying perfume, deodorant or hairspray, or any household chemicals.
   • When not in use, store polymer clay jewelry in a box or a separate compartment. Sharp objects can scratch its surface.
9. Is polymer clay toxic?
   Please note that, while polymer clay is certified as nontoxic, keep away from children.
10. Is polymer clay jewelry heavy?
    They are lightweight.
11. Do you have gift cards?
    You're welcome to give a gift card to someone. This person can then purchase exactly what they would like.
12. When can I collect my parcel at your home?

13. Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
    No, not currently.
