Returns Policy

Please note that Annelue has a 7 day Refund and Returns policy which means you have 7 days to request a return. A refund will be done with an Eft payment.

Exchange:

• If you are unhappy with your order and would like to exchange it, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving it to [email protected].
• Please include your order number in the email with a short note explaining the reason for the return.
• We will arrange an exchange for you provided the returned item meets our Return Conditions (please see below).
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

A return will only be accepted for exchange or refund if the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned and received by us within 7 days from the date you received your online order. Returns later than this will not be accepted.
• The Item is returned unused in its original condition and in the original packaging.
• To start a return you can contact me at [email protected] or 082 828 1778 . If your return is accepted, I will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged jewellery:

Each item is handcrafted and therefore unique. There may be slight imperfections that make up the personality of each piece. However, in the unlikely event that your purchase is broken, please notify me as soon as possible. 

Non-returnable items: 

• Earrings cannot be returned for health and sanitary reasons.
• No exchange will be accepted for items on sale, promotional items or gift cards.
